Shipping?

I ship all of my Prints, Original Artwork, and Commission pieces worldwide! On international shipments, buyers are responsible for any customs/duties/tariff/import taxes that may be applied. Brittany Marie is not responsible.

*For all Original Paintings, processing time typically is 7-10 days prior to shipping. Once an item is shipped, it takes an additional 3-5 days to arrive at the intended destination. If you would like your package to have a signature requirement please indicate this via email to BrittanyLofton@icloud.com upon purchase.*

Is the shipping price included?
For All Prints, Shipping & Handling rates are calculated at checkout (before you pay) based on your address and chosen shipping method. For Original Paintings, Custom Commissions, or partial payment plans, please send us your shipping address for a shipping quote. Shipping will be charged separately after artwork is purchased in full.

Payment Plans Are Available 
Afterpay is available upon checkout. Please feel free to contact me at BrittanyLofton@icloud.com if you have any questions regarding a personalized payment plan!

Note:

• Once the first payment is made, I will mark the painting as "Sold" online and in the art gallery.
• Artwork will continue to be displayed in the gallery until payment plan is completed.
• Shipping will be charged separately once payments are completed. Email us with your address if you would like a quote.

It is important for me to make my original pieces accessible and affordable so that more people may enjoy the beauty and power of owning an original painting.

Refunds & Returns 
If, for some reason, your item(s) arrives damaged, I will be happy to send you a replacement at no additional cost, only after the insurance claim has been completed and approved.

If by some chance you’re not completely satisfied, email  
to arrange a return within 30 days of receiving the piece. All returns & exchanges are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee plus all shipping charges.

Customer Privacy
Information you provide through the ordering process will only be used to keep you up-to-date with your order’s progress and to contact you if there are any issues. Subscribers to the mailing list will only receive Brittany Marie artwork related announcements, and may unsubscribe at any time.
